This document contains a series of observations and analyses regarding unidentified aerial phenomena, with a focus on distinguishing between potential weather balloons and other objects based on radar data and visual sightings.

This document analyzes various reports of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) in relation to weather balloon releases in the vicinity of Shreveport and surrounding areas. It concludes that several sightings cannot be attributed to weather balloons based on wind patterns and observer reports.
