The light appeared to slow down before making turn to the northwest. It appeared to be at an extremely hich altitude. The path was definite and not eratic. No aerodynamic features, trail, propulsion si. S 3 ystem, or sound were noted. Because of the speed of the film and short exposures the negatives were ‘te blank when develeped. While the observer was writing information his wife saw 7 > two aireraft about 2202 hours proceeding on a nerthwesterly heading. Davis-—Monthan Base Operations verified that a C-%46 departed this station at 2159 for Travis Air Foree Base, California. The neading taken for such a flight would be northwest. Cc. Ihe observer suggested that the third gs ghting could have been a very h speed aireraft. was a blinking bluish light, going at a very high rate of 24 > : - eed in a turn of about 480° then disappeared.
