This document details a report of unidentified aerial phenomenon (UAP) observed by Frontier Airlines Flight 2300 while en route from Dallas/Fort Worth to Philadelphia. The sighting occurred at an altitude of 35,000 feet, approximately 85 nautical miles southwest of Charleston, West Virginia.

On April 25, 2023, a Cessna C172 pilot reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon near Pensacola, Florida, describing it as two basketball-sized balloons with wires. No evasive action was taken, and subsequent aircraft did not observe the UAP.

On May 2, 2023, multiple aircraft reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon near Birmingham, AL, characterized by bright lights changing in intensity and circling counterclockwise at high altitude.

On August 28, 2023, an Embraer E35L aircraft reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon consisting of an unorganized group of white lights moving erratically at high altitudes near Florence, SC.

On November 18, 2023, Frontier Flight 4139 reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon while flying over San Juan, Puerto Rico. The phenomenon consisted of 2-5 lights moving erratically, but did not impact air traffic control operations.

On February 4, 2024, a report from the FAA Operations indicated the sighting of an unidentified aerial phenomenon by Sun Country flight 3053 near Myton, Utah. The phenomenon consisted of five separate craft with white lights, operating at altitudes between FL600 and FL800, with no radar targets detected.

On February 14, 2024, a Delta Airlines flight reported unidentified aerial phenomenon (UAP) while en route from Phoenix to Atlanta. The UAP was described as multiple lights orbiting ahead of the aircraft at various altitudes, but it was not detected by radar.

On May 18, 2024, Sky West flight 3260 reported observing two maneuvering lights identified as an unidentified aerial phenomenon (UAP) while flying at FL370 near Austin, TX. The UAP was not detected on radar by air traffic control.
