The unknown phenomenon was two red streaking lights described as bright for about 15-20 seconds then disappeared. The UAP was not observed on ATC facility radar system. 2002 HQ DEN contacted the Eastern ROC. ROC reports pilot stated observing UAP continuously from TPA to SAV.
