On February 9, 2023, a Raytheon B300 aircraft (N378BG) reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon with white and red flashing lights while flying northwest at an altitude of 28,000 feet near Chanute, Kansas. No injuries or notifications were reported.

On February 12, 2023, a report was filed regarding UFO-UAP activity in Dowagiac, MI, where a straight line of 10-15 flashing lights was observed passing northbound over Cass County. No aircraft incidents were reported, and the South Bend TRACON was notified.

On April 16, 2023, Air Canada flight ACA1091 reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon consisting of 3 to 5 flashing lights while flying at FL390 near Elkins, WV. The phenomenon was observed by additional aircraft, but no further notifications were made to law enforcement.
