A request for information regarding an unidentified object that reportedly stalked a Japanese airline, sent to the Federal Aviation Administration in 1987.

This document contains various requests for information regarding the UFO sighting by Japan Air Lines pilot Kenjyu Terauchi on November 17, 1986. The FAA offered a mail-order package with detailed information about the incident, including tapes, drawings, and radar data.
