On November 15, 2023, a Piper P28A aircraft reported unidentified aerial phenomena consisting of three lights in a triangular formation maneuvering near Long Island Sound at an altitude of 20,000 feet. The FAA was notified, and no evasive action was taken by the aircraft.

On December 7, 2023, a Southwest Airlines flight (SWA498) reported observing an unidentified aerial phenomenon while flying at 40,000 feet near Meridian, MS. The pilot described lights moving rapidly from left to right at approximately 60,000 feet. The UAP was not detected on ATC radar, and no evasive action was taken.

On December 22, 2023, American Airlines flight AAL2003 reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon while en route from Dallas-Fort Worth to Seattle, near Pocatello, ID.

On December 22, 2023, Delta flight DAL2665 reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon while flying at FL340 near Pocatello, ID. The incident was communicated to the Salt Lake City ARTCC, but no evasive action was taken and no LEO notification was made.

On December 23, 2023, United Airlines flight UAL1605 reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon (UAP) while en route from Los Angeles to Baltimore. The UAP exhibited erratic movement and was not detected on air traffic control radar.

On December 27, 2023, multiple aircraft reported observing two white lights circling each other near Salina, Kansas, while operating at high altitudes. The UAP were not detected by ATC radar systems.

On December 27, 2023, Southwest Airlines flight SWA1508 reported encountering two unidentified aerial phenomena while en route from Birmingham to Dallas. The phenomena were described as orbiting aircraft positioned 10,000 feet above the flight's 12 o'clock position.

On February 18, 2024, a Gulfstream GLF4 aircraft (N151SD) reported observing three bright lights exhibiting rapid and dramatic movements at high altitude near Lamar, Colorado. The lights were also seen by another aircraft, American 2514, but were not detected on TCAS, although they appeared on ATC facility radar.

On February 19, 2024, a pilot reported multiple lights moving and circling at high altitude near Chicago-Rockford, IL. The UAP was not detected on ATC radar.

On February 20, 2024, American Airlines flight AAL2054 reported observing an unidentified aerial phenomenon while flying at 37,000 feet near Crestview, Florida. The phenomenon was described as three white lights making tight spirals at an altitude of 45,000 feet, but it was not detected by air traffic control radar.

On February 23, 2024, a Gulfstream GLF5 aircraft (N5430G) reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon (UAP) while flying over Wilmington, NC. The UAP was described as two stationary white lights at an altitude of 49,000 feet, but it was not detected on radar.
