On July 30, 2023, United Airlines flight UAL1409 reported observing an unidentified aerial phenomenon consisting of 15 bright lights while flying at FL260 near Lufkin, TX. The lights appeared suddenly and then quickly disappeared, with no evasive action taken by the crew.

On August 11, 2023, TACA 580, an A320 aircraft registered in El Salvador, reported encountering an unidentified aerial phenomenon with white flashing lights while flying at FL310 near Raleigh/Durham, NC.

On August 12, 2023, a Sun Country Airlines flight observed an unidentified aerial phenomenon while flying at 20,000 feet near Florence, SC. The FAA was notified, but no evasive action was taken.

On August 16, 2023, American Airlines flight AAL1397 reported observing two bright lights while flying at 20,000 feet near Birmingham, AL. Multiple aircraft have reported similar sightings of these lights at various altitudes, with no evasive action taken.

On August 17, 2023, a Cessna C208 (N414CY) reported seeing multiple colored lights flying between Birmingham and Huntsville, Alabama. The Birmingham Air Traffic Control also confirmed visibility of these lights, but no altitude information was provided.

On August 21, 2023, a report from the FAA indicated that Spirit Airlines flight NKS797 encountered an unidentified aerial phenomenon while flying at 37,000 feet near Picayune, MS. The object was described as black and white and the size of a small aircraft. No evasive action was taken and no law enforcement was notified.

On August 25, 2023, United Airlines flight UAL369 reported multiple unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) near Denver, Colorado, characterized by white lights with a green hue moving in circular motion at high altitude. Other flights in the vicinity corroborated the sighting.

On August 26, 2023, United Airlines flight UAL1491 reported observing flying white objects at high altitudes while en route from Houston to Las Vegas. Multiple aircraft in the vicinity also reported seeing the same phenomenon, which was presumed to be Starlink satellites.

On August 28, 2023, an Embraer E35L aircraft reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon consisting of an unorganized group of white lights moving erratically at high altitudes near Florence, SC.

On September 15, 2023, American Airlines Flight 577 reported encountering unidentified aerial phenomena while flying over Liberal, Kansas. The UAP was described as lights emanating from unidentified objects at an altitude of 2,000 feet below the aircraft.

On September 25, 2023, JetBlue Flight 811 reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon consisting of multiple lights orbiting in the vicinity of the Big Dipper constellation while flying at FL360 near Rome, NY. Other flights also reported similar sightings.

On September 26, 2023, United Airlines Flight 980 reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon while en route from Chicago to Dublin, Ireland, at 35,000 feet over Boston, MA. The phenomenon was described as bright lights orbiting at a high altitude near the Big Dipper constellation.

On October 4, 2023, United Airlines flight UAL476 reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon while cruising at FL350 near Scottsbluff, NE. The phenomenon consisted of three stationary bright white lights that blinked alternately. No evasive action was taken by the flight crew.

On October 4, 2023, Delta Flight 2279 reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon while flying at FL390 near Scottsbluff, NE. The phenomenon consisted of three stationary bright white lights that blinked left to right and right to left. No evasive action was taken by the flight crew.

On October 5, 2023, a Gulfstream GLF5 aircraft reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon (UAP) while flying at 45,000 feet near Albany, NY. The UAP was observed with lights from the 11 o'clock position, but no evasive action was taken by the crew.

On October 19, 2023, a Learjet LJ45 reported a silver, softball-sized UAP while approaching Nantucket, MA. The incident occurred at FL180, and no evasive action was taken.

On October 28, 2023, United Airlines flight UAL541 reported observing a UFO/UAP activity while flying at an altitude of 50,000 to 60,000 feet near Buffalo, NY. The sighting involved a light that split into two and moved in a crisscross pattern. No evasive action was taken by the flight crew.

On October 28, 2023, American Airlines flight AAL2928 reported a UAP sighting while flying at FL350 near Lynchburg, VA. The aircraft observed three bright lights without taking evasive action. FedEx flight 1402 also reported a similar UAP sighting.

On November 3, 2023, a Pilatus PC12 aircraft (N822NG) reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon (UAP) while flying near Yardley, PA. The UAP was observed at an altitude of 1,200 feet above the aircraft and was indicated to be an aircraft by lights, but it was not in communication with air traffic control.
