This document is a Skywatch Incident Report detailing two sightings of unidentified aerial phenomena in Frederick County, Maryland, on March 2, 2023.

A commercial aircraft reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon while flying at 41,000 feet. The incident occurred on March 22, 2023, and involved flashing lights observed 100 nautical miles off the left side of the aircraft.

A commercial aircraft reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon while flying at 39,000 feet. The incident occurred 100 nautical miles off the left side of the aircraft, described as flashing lights. No evasive action was taken.

A commercial aircraft reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon while flying at FL350. The phenomenon consisted of circling lights observed to the northeast, which may correlate with Star Link satellites.

A commercial aircraft reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon consisting of a string of white lights while flying at FL 360. The incident occurred on June 14, 2023, and was investigated but remained inconclusive regarding its nature.

A commercial A320 aircraft reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon (UAP) while flying at 31,000 feet. The UAP exhibited flashing white lights and was observed to rapidly climb and descend. The pilot indicated that this object has been seen multiple times in the same area, dismissing the possibility of it being low Earth orbit satellites.

On October 28, 2023, a commercial aircraft reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon consisting of three bright white lights on a single object at a high altitude. The phenomenon was observed by two aircraft over a distance of 300 miles.

A commercial aircraft reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon while flying at 40,000 feet near Wilmington, NC. The UAP was described as a white/metallic cylindrical object and was not detected on radar.

A commercial aircraft reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon (UAP) while flying at FL360. The UAP was described as bright white and yellow flashing lights, stationary at a higher altitude, but was not detected on radar.
