The attached report is in reference to an widentified object seen in the sky at about 2235 EDST, 16 Aug 1953, by seven airmen, at approximately 260 degrees. It has been described as diamond shaped or as a pie section with the piont downward, also as laying on its side, Its color was a solid orange. It disappeared beyond the horizon but reappeared again weaker for a brief period of time. All witnesses were sober. * This is the third flying object sighting at this organization.
