I saw one (1) object. It was white or silver in color. I would say that it was approximately 2)" X 26" in diameter and it was round, There was no trail nor exhaust. It stood still for approximately five (5) mimtes and it seemed to disappear behind a cloud. The clouds were real highe I saw this object around 1915 and I watched it for about five (5) minutes. I am uncertain as to the exact time I went out to look at it. The object was visual from the ground. I used binoculars but never could fint it. The object was almost directly straight up and a little South from where I was standing. (Tinker Air Force Base)e I have been on the guard force at Tinker Air Force Base for seven and ons half years (7g)e I was in the Navy one and one-half (15) years aboard an aircraft carrier observing aircrafte There was very little surface winds. There was a small haziness this object went behind. It seemed to me that this object was aroum 0,000 feet to 145,000 feet highe Ropes or string appeared to be hanging from the object. I think the last reflections of the sun rays was what made all of us see it so easily. I believe it was a weather balloon, No fragments or physical evidence of the object were observed. ?
