SUMMARY: (2inter concise summary of report. Give significance in final one-sentence paragraph. List inclosures at lower left. Begin tert of report on AF Form 112—Part I I.)
On 23 June 1953, an investigation was made of a reported flying object.
The source, Mrs. F. K. Long, 11920 West 51st Street, Shawnee, Kansas, gave
the report as it appears in Part II and attachments. Mrs. Long seemed to
be thoroughly sincere in her report. She had never before seen or experienced
anything of that nature before, but appeared to have a very clear picture
in her mind of the object as she saw it. Mrs. Long was firmly convinced of
the shape and appearance of the object, but could not advance any knowledge
as to what she thought it might have been or the actual size of the object.

Answers to Ue Se Air Force Technical Information Sheet (Form B)
Name: Mabel K. Long
Date: 23 June 1953
The objects were round and flat. One seemed to be slightly in back of the other,
as I could only see about 3/h of the one. There seemed to be something connecting
the two together. As an example, it would be like 2 wagon wheels with the back
one not on line with the other in the manner shown,
