ww” Bt 2015 C.S.T. the Minneapolis filter center reported that a Mr. Rittenhouse
a Ground Observer, reported sighting a slow, fan shape object, flying southwest
of his home in Hopkins, Minn. Mr. Rittenhouse got in his car and went down the
road to observe the object with powerful telescope and binoculars. He stated
the obj was 15 miles long, and was star like, and changing from brilliant to
