ATTN: Director of Intelligence TO: Commanding General, Central Air Defense Force, Kansas City, Missouri ATTN: Director of Intelligence ue Bt 2015 C.S.T. the Minneapolis filter center reported that a Mr. Rittenhouse a Ground Observer, reported sighting a slow, fan shape object, flying southwest of his home in Hopkins, Minn. Mr. Rittenhouse got in his car and went down the road to observe the object with powerful telescope and binoculars. He stated the object was 15 miles long, and was star like, and changing from brilliant to OPAL MERE Ameria ats Pp aLs eert caus eet sen nop asta AAI tE MIEN dull, the point of the fan shape object was pointed down and it looked like a pillar of light.
