1. This is @ report on a sighting by Mr. Ve Le Black civilian employee of
Patrick Air Force Base Photo Lab, Mr, Black is believed to be a reliable person.
2, Four (4) miles north of Hau Gallie, Florida the east side of US #1, 4 Jan.
53 at approximately 1845 hours Mr, Black sighted an object that resembled the designed
"Davis Air Craft Wing", ‘There was not any fuselage (as .a B 49 Flying Wing might have
appeared). The object was 500 feet or less in altitude flying very fast 500 Miles
per hour or more. Mr. Black saw the object for 2 or 3 seconds. It approached from
a North Northwest direction in a slight turn and departed in a South Southwest directe
ion. There was not any sound, The light from the Neon signs on the "Westchester
Motor Court" illuminated the lower surface of the object. Mr, Black saw at least four
(4) and not more than ten (10) blue lights on lower surface as shown in his drewing
which is inclosed, The Weather on the evening of 4 January 1953 was cold, clear and
Little or no wind, Mr. Black was within 250 to 350 feet of the spot where the object
appeared to be passing overs No one saw this object to the best of my knowledge

Subject is cleared up to and including SECRET,
Subject worked with the FBI in Puerto Rico. Had dealings with
a Mr. Shlanker, then director of the FBI, and Mr, Alan Gillies,
subject knew the latter over two years.
