1 Draughon Miller Airport Tonmple, Texas At aporoximately 2045 on 2 April an unlmown object was onsarved moving from South to liorth across Draugnen ‘Siller Airport. Elevation of the ob ject appeared to be approximately 20,000 feet. It was in sight for a period of about 10 seconds traveling in a straight line, then disap-sared behind some thin stratus or cirrus clouds, speed is esti: ated to be in sxcass of 1,000. MPH. if ae 4 ayy The object appeared to have a shower of sparks followin; it giving the’ impression of a tail. The main body gave off a greenish glow. No sound - . « 43 of any sort accompanied the object. Ai 4344 : 4 In that the object traveled in a straight line with no loss of altitude I do not believe it could have been a meteor. /3/ 3 April 1952 On the night of 2 April 1952 at approximately 2045 hours i saw an ob jest in the sky coming from the south headins North, ‘This object appeared to me as follows: ; f. a, it apveared to be a ball of firs shooting red flaze from its tail oS rf section. als ApaSs4a3 # 5, it was traveling at a high rate of speed. c.. It disappeared above. the clouds, therefore I would say it was about 10,000 ?set. ee. d. Fron the time I saw it until‘ it disappeared it held the same altitude and its course.
