FAA Form 1360-14 (6-81)

Dear Mr. Dallaire:
No tee shirts--I promise! Enclosed is an order form of what we have.
Your letter arrived as a breath of fresh air in the midst of the UFO
dust °
The fees for the material are the regular fees that we charge for
records when they are requested under the Freedom of Information Act.
The fees were set in 1974, and are thus far outdated. They do not
even cover the cost to the government of making the copies and respondi
to the requests...about one-tenth of the cost, on the average. So we
are not making any money on the deal. The money collected goes into
the government's general fund, not even into FAA funds.
I will look forward to receivétiggyour returned order forn.
Sincerely,
Ivy P. Moore
Freedom of Information Coordinator
