Gentlemen:
I'm following the affair described in the attached newspaper
clipping with interest, and find your open approach to the matter a
breath of fresh air in a field where there has been very little.
Would one of your people please be kind enough to take a moment
to comment--VERY briefly--on the enclosed postcard as to whether in the
FAA's judgment Philip Klass’ evaluatton is generally correct and whether
apprpriate weight is being given to what I Tmagine is the very considerable
flying experience which Captain Terauchi has had?
