February 25, 1987, that your agency is providing various
types of information re the UFO sighting by the JAL pilot,
Captain Kenjyu Terauchi.
Please send me a copy of the FAA form summarizing
the sighting. I understand, because this is under $5,
that 1t 1s free. I would elso appreciete any Other free items.
