"During the period shortly after midnight to about 0300 this morning, at least four reports of an unidenti- fied object came to my attention. All of them were from tle! At about 0200 a.m., Exeter, New Hampshire police officer Eugene Bertrand reportedly witnessed a bright hovering object, from a } mile distance, that hovered very close above a house. Object displayed flashing red lights of high intensity in a diagonal plane. c. At about 0200 a.m., Norman J.
