NKS2376 position when reporting was at the ORD220030 and at FL370. NKS2376 reported something that looked like a light to their East and below them. The pilot of NKS2376 advised that the light seemed to be climbing and descending with movement right to left. Controller at sector 81 advised the last time the pilot of NKS2376 referenced seeing the light, they were over Lake Michigan on an East bound heading.
