Aircraft reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon off the front while E bound at various Flight Levels, 25 NM SW of GFS. The
unknown phenomenon was orange flashing lights static in nature at approximately FL260 to FL320. The UAP was not observed
on ATC facility radar system.
