Aircraft reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon while W bound at FL430, 57NM WNW of ONL. The unknown phenomenon
was spinning flashing lights below their altitude. The UAP was not observed on ATC facility radar system. Additional aircraft
described the phenomenon as triangular in shape and very bright. AWO advised.
