REMARKS
Aircraft reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon off the front while W bound at FL360, over HVQ. The unknown phenomenon
was numerous lights in the distance, possibly satellites, appearing for approximately 20 seconds at a time. The UAP was not
observed on ATC facility radar system. FFT4777 at FL360 and EDV5295 at FL340 reported same phenomenon.
