Aircraft reported 4-5 lights from 11-12 oclock ranging in altitude from 5 to 10 thousand feet above and also one light that appeared to be 1000 feet below the aircraft. The pilot reported that the lights were bright but also would blink. The lights would also seem to change directions and speed. No evasive action taken.
