REMARKS
Aircraft reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon off the12 o'clock while W bound at 36,000 feet, at 4312N/7535W. The
unknown phenomenon was multiple lights orbiting. They appear to be similar to aircraft landing lights. The lights appear to be 25
degrees above the horizon in the vicinity of the Big Dipper constellation. Multiple other aircraft reported a similar sighting.
