Aircraft reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon off the left side while E bound at FL 370, 50 NM N of ATL. The unknown
phenomenon was multiple dim and bright lights orbiting with erratic movement above FL370. NKS1828, A320, KLAX to KATL
and AMX692, B39M, MMMX to CYYZ reported similar activity in same general area. No evasive maneuvers and no operational
impact reported.
