Aircraft reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon off the left and high above while E bound at FL450, 184 NM W of MCI. The
unknown phenomenon was multiple bright lights at high altitude changing directions traveling N and S bound. Other aircraft in
the vicinity report that the lights appear to be satellites.
