The unknown phenomenon is possibly an unverified balloon traveling NE bound, 27 Knots at approximately FL300. No aircraft in vicinity for verification. 2239 CLOSEOUT: Report determined to be erroneous and uncorrelated radar data. Initial reporting did not originate from aircraft.
