The crew observed 2 aircraft North of their position operating in a formation in a North to South racetrack pattern. They appeared to have their landing lights on while operating in a left hand racetrack pattern, 3-5 minutes laps with one trailing the other by 5 seconds. Looks like a fast Jet Cap.
