ZME controllers have no radar depicting any activity in the vicinity at any altitude. FDX1 is at FL380 off the OWB333033 SW bound at FL380. ZME will inquire of FDX1 any anomalies in the area to attempt to correlate the sighting. 0809 FDX1 reported no anomalies sighted during their flight in the vicinity described by AMX692.
