Aircraft QXE2452 at FL240 and SKW3944 at FL300 both reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon off their left side while
north bound, at approximately Eugene, OR (44.22n / 123.16w). HQ DEN contacted the NORAD FAA ATSCS who conferred with
METOC, MSD and the CSPOC, concluded that the unknown phenomenon given the pilots description was probably space
debris. JH notified.
