REMARKS
FWAATCT contacted by Indiana State PD and Whitley County Sheriff's Office concerning the sighting of an object hovering
over the Columbia City Hospital. Witnesses are reporting sighting red and green strobe lights on a circular object. HQ DEN
provided the UFO Hotline number. E-ROC suggested the facility file an MOR. HQ DEN monitored all activity within 40 miles of
the reported sighting location with negative results. NFA. 0901 UPDATE: FWA reported that Whitley County Sheriff's
Department advised the object can no longer be seen as of 0845. NFA.
