Pilot was at altitude 090 heading 120 and the aircraft in question was at 080 opposite direction over BWI.PCTwillconductaninterviewofpilotafterlanding. FAA NCRCC asked EADS NCRCC to inquire if DOD has UAV in the area or any other activity that fits this incident.2332EADSreportsnoactivityintheareatofitthisincident. 2359 PCT reports the pilot was interviewed and he reported that the aircraft was red and had structure, was not a balloon, not round, not elliptical and seemed to be an aircraft.
