Pilot stated that while observing Ursa Major an unidentified object white in color passedabovein opposite direction. Pilot stated that object did not have navigational lights. ZDV reports no IFR or VFR traffic was in the area RADAR or NON-RADAR. No WX returns on theTSD ina400 NM radius.
