AI Summary
This document outlines proposed updates to the reporting guidelines for unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) flyovers, particularly in relation to nuclear facilities and the establishment of secure reporting mechanisms.
Key Findings
- Establishment of a secure mechanism for reporting UAP events. - Requirement for reporting incidents involving UAPs near nuclear facilities. - Current guidance lacks clarity on UAP activity over nuclear power plants. - Recommendations for improved reporting and analysis of UAP incidents.
