MURPHY 8 Douglas Road, Glen Ridge, y advised on the above date ternoon of November 5, 1957, her husband, lawn of their property • From a southwesterly rection they observed a long, cylindrical, dark silver object th no wings but fins on the rear, moving along toward the n.ortheas There were no marki.rtgs on the,i object, it was not flying high nor aet and they could not tell 1.f it made any noise since there was a plane flying nearby at the same time. She recalled there were no other neighbors out at the 'time and they apparently were the only ones who saw it. She stated that the object returned from the dire~tion it had gone about dusk and it seemed as though there was some motor noise from it. He stated that he saw this same object on Monday and Tuesday evenings, e.nd that tonight there were three similar type objects in the sky. He stated that one object e.ppesred to be Northwest of his residence; one to the West and the other to the North of his res:tdance. He ste.ted thet these objects, however, had changed from a round shape to leterel shape and appeered to be much likes spectrum.. He stated thet his wife told him he had been drink­ ing and imegining things. He stated tb.et he had hi.s daughter who is a school teecher, his son, his wife end a neighbor out looking et these objects and they hed ver5.fied his findings. Mrs. on one o,~casion in 1939 Grabach had requested her Dam which was to be used for purposes of reprinting.
